Design Selection
Determine Your Requirements
Identify the essential features you need in your vanity. Consider the number of sinks, storage space, and any specific functionalities like drawers or shelves.
Measure Your Space
Measure the available space where you intend to install the vanity. This includes height, width, and depth dimensions. Ensure there's enough room for the vanity without crowding the area.
Timber and Finish Selection
Different timber species offer various aesthetics and characteristics. Some popular choices for vanity construction include Blackbutt, Tasmanian Oak, Spotted Gum, Tasmanian Blackwood and American Oak. Select a timber that matches your style and preferences. We can finish your piece in Polyurethane or Evolution Hardwax Oil
Internal construction
We offer 2 types of Internal Materials for our cabinets-
- HMR (highly moisture resistant) White Melamine particle board - Found in most kitchen, bathroom and laundry cabinetry
- Rhino Ply Rhino Ply is a long lasting and durable plywood that is bonded with an E1 grade glue.
The bonded surface of Rhino Ply is made from sheets of high pressure laminate, which is hard wearing, water resistant, stain resistant and easy to clean. Cabinetry such as kitchen and vanity carcasses made from Rhino Ply, are credibly durable, rigid and strong.
Vanity Top
We use Timber or Silk Surface as our standard in all of our Vanities. Silk Surface is a silica free, waterproof product that looks and feels like real stone. Click here for the product range SilkSurface | SilkSurface

Construction
When you have made your selections and your order has been finalized we begin construction. Your timber is Milled to the specifications, Any imperfections are filled and your timber is sanded and sealed. Once that is complete your piece is assembled and the final finishing coats are applied.
Freight
When your piece is complete it is carefully packaged ready for pick up or Delivery. If you require freight please allow 5 to 10 business days. This time is not included in our lead time.
